Six hours can cover the ceremony, portraits and core reception moments when locations and timing are compact. Add time when you want getting ready, a first look, multiple locations or later reception events. Travel between properties uses coverage time, so send us a rough timeline and we'll protect the irreplaceable moments first.

Your WED is a dedicated BlackTie support person who helps both partners--especially the bride--with the dress, veil, bouquet, posing, people-gathering, timeline and small emergencies. The role supports the photo and film experience.

No. Your WED complements a professional wedding planner and venue coordinator. The WED focuses on personal support for the couple and a smooth media experience, not full event planning, vendor management or venue operations.

Premium Wedding Film and Premium Photo + Film include complete coverage of the ceremony, reception entrances, speeches and first dances, in addition to a shorter 5-10 minute story-driven highlight. Essential film collections can add the complete key-moment film for $595.

Essential photo collections receive five edited previews within one week. Premium photo collections receive 30 previews in about 2-4 weeks. Film collections receive a 30-90 second teaser in about 2-4 weeks. Full galleries are typically ready around four months and final wedding films around six months. Peak-season volume can affect timing; your agreement confirms the schedule.

Yes. Extra hours, artists, complete key-moment films, longer edits, raw footage, drone, albums, booths and content creation can be considered. Some additions depend on staffing, production timing or venue rules, so ask before assuming an item will remain available.

After availability is confirmed, we prepare your proposal. Signing the agreement and paying the reservation amount secures the date. Standard payment is 50% to reserve and the balance by the wedding day. Flex Pay can begin with 30% and spread the remainder over a no-interest plan of up to six months. Paying in full by check earns a 1.5% discount.

Drone coverage is subject to law, safety, weather, airspace, location access and venue approval. A flight cannot be guaranteed before conditions are known. If a drone cannot be used, the team prioritizes the strongest safe and permitted coverage available under the signed agreement.
