Hawaii Wedding Photography & Films
Wedding photography and films across Hawaiʻi, including Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi and Hawaiʻi Island. Our dedicated Hawaiʻi team brings one creative standard and a coordinated coverage plan to your island celebration, built around your people and the place you love.
Your people, in a place you love
The setting is beautiful. The story is yours.
Portraits with room to breathe, the people gathered around you and the moments between the plans. Make space for all three.

Photography and film
One creative approach for your island wedding.
Choose wedding photography, wedding films or both. We plan the coverage around the moments that matter, from an intimate elopement to a celebration with everyone you love.
Wedding photography
Natural portraits, candid expressions and the details of the day. Give portraits their own place in the timeline while leaving room for the moments that unfold around them.
Wedding films
The voices, movement and atmosphere of your celebration. When you book photography and film together, our artists work from one coordinated plan.
A team built around your plans.
BlackTie Brothers is a national wedding photography and film company with dedicated regional artists in Hawaiʻi. We match the team to your wedding and manage editing through one company, with a shared creative standard. For every island, your date, venue, style and priorities shape the plan. We confirm artist availability, travel and coverage around your full itinerary, and your planner can coordinate directly with our team.
Tell us where and when.
Send your date, island, venue or location, and whether you want photography, film or both.
Shape the coverage.
We review the events you want documented, the places you will move between and the people you want close.
Confirm the plan.
We shape your proposal around coverage, locations and travel, then coordinate the team and timeline as your plans come together.
Planning in Hawaiʻi
Make room for the island.
A thoughtful route, a flexible portrait window and a weather alternative keep your photography and film plans connected to the day.
Oʻahu
Honolulu, Waikīkī & Kapolei.
We cover weddings across Oʻahu, from Honolulu and Waikīkī to Kapolei and beyond. Share your venue and portrait plans so we can connect the locations without rushing the moments between them.
Maui
Wailea, Kāʻanapali & beyond.
Our Maui wedding coverage includes Wailea, Kāʻanapali and communities across the island. Whether your plans stay at one venue or unfold over several days, we build photography and film coverage around the full celebration.
Kauaʻi
Poʻipū, Princeville & your island plans.
We serve weddings across Kauaʻi, including Poʻipū and Princeville. Tell us where you are gathering and which moments matter most so portrait time and the setting fit naturally into your day.
Hawaiʻi Island
Kailua-Kona, Hilo & beyond.
Our Hawaiʻi Island coverage includes Kailua-Kona, Hilo and celebrations across the Big Island. Share every venue and event day so the team, travel and coverage can be planned together.
Start with the island, then the route.
Include getting ready, the ceremony, reception and any portrait stop when you share your plans. Transportation options vary by island. For plans spanning islands or days, leave room for travel, arrival and settling in.
Plan for the weather at your venue.
Hawaiʻi’s terrain can bring different rainfall conditions within a short distance. Keep a covered portrait option and check the forecast for the actual location, rather than another part of the island.
Give portraits a place in the day.
Agree on a realistic portrait window with your planner and venue, including where you can go and how long it takes to get there. Include any second location or another day’s session before fixing the itinerary.

Planning your Hawaiʻi wedding? Start here.
Which Hawaiian islands do you serve?
We offer wedding photography and film coverage statewide, including Oʻahu, Maui, Kauaʻi and Hawaiʻi Island, also known as the Big Island. That includes Honolulu, Waikīkī and Kapolei on Oʻahu; Wailea and Kāʻanapali on Maui; Poʻipū and Princeville on Kauaʻi; and Kailua-Kona and Hilo on Hawaiʻi Island. For every island, we confirm artist availability, travel and coverage around your date, venue and full itinerary.
Can we book both wedding photography and film?
Yes. You can choose photography, film or coordinated photo-and-film coverage. We build the coverage around your priorities, with photographers and filmmakers working from one coordinated plan.
Can you cover an elopement or more than one day?
We offer Hawaiʻi coverage for elopements and destination weddings. If your plans include a welcome event, another day’s portraits or more than one island, include those details in your inquiry so we can review the right coverage.
How should we plan for travel and outdoor portraits?
Share each location, allow time to move between them and keep a covered alternative for portraits. For plans spanning islands or days, discuss the full itinerary with us before finalizing your coverage and schedule.
What should we send when checking our date?
Send your wedding date, island, venue or location, and whether you are interested in photography, film or both. Tell us about any additional events or locations you would like included.
