Getting ready, the ceremony and the reception may each need their own place in the timeline. Share all the locations together and protect time to move between them. Alyssa and Alberto’s Pinery plan included getting ready off site before arriving for the celebration.

For Glenda and Bharat’s Kissimmee wedding, the plan set aside time for family photos before the reception. Decide which groups matter most, and let us know if you would like evening portraits so we can plan for both.

Talk with your venue about a covered or indoor alternative for outdoor portraits and ceremony plans. If the weather changes, having the next location agreed in advance helps the team keep the coverage moving.

The selected photographs include weddings in Howey-in-the-Hills and Kissimmee and an engagement session in Lakeland. Send your date and venue so we can confirm artist availability and the coverage for your plans.
Can we book photography and wedding film together?
Yes. You can book either service or both. When you choose both, our photographers and filmmakers follow one shared plan for the day.
Can the day include more than one location?
Yes. Share the getting-ready, ceremony and reception locations when you inquire. We will plan the coverage around the order of the day and the time needed to move between locations.
How is travel handled?
Travel is included in the starting prices for your area, and your final quote is reviewed personally. Share the actual locations and any plans beyond the area so your proposal reflects the coverage you need.
Can we book an engagement session too?
Yes. Standalone engagement sessions are available. Tell us the location and whether you are interested in photographs, film or both so we can confirm the options for your plans.
