A real wedding in Syracuse, New York

A Palladian Hall wedding at The Treasury

Tiffany and David married at Palladian Hall at The Treasury on June 7. White flowers, champagne dresses and deep green suits brought their own color to the ballroom's marble columns and ornate ceiling. Here is their day through our photographs and wedding trailer.

The wedding photographs

From the first preparations to the evening portraits

The gallery moves between the scale of the room and the people inside it: the high ceiling above the ceremony, a close view of the rings, and Tiffany and David together later that evening. Open any photograph for a closer look.

The setting and preparations

The stone entrance establishes the setting. Inside, window light and a gilt mirror frame Tiffany's bridal portraits.

A long row of buttons later, one last look in the mirror.
Gilded columns like these are why we save a few minutes for details at Palladian Hall.
The groomsmen, on guard at the vault door. Security was tight.

A ceremony beneath the painted ceiling

White draping and flowers frame the ceremony between the marble columns. A view from above shows the full room; closer photographs bring us back to the vows and ring exchange.

The aisle before anyone arrived. This view lasts about five minutes, so we grab it early.

Portraits, reception and an evening change

The photographs follow Tiffany and David from their wedding portraits into the reception. For their evening portraits, they changed into matching green and gold attire.

Two tiers in white and green, dressed like the tables around it.
The evening change: coral beads, a green and gold head wrap and a second look that owned the night.

The venue

Palladian Hall at The Treasury

Palladian Hall overlooks Clinton Square in downtown Syracuse. The venue describes its ballroom as a space with a mezzanine, ornate walls and vaulted ceilings, within The Treasury, the former Onondaga County Savings Bank.

Those architectural details are visible throughout Tiffany and David's wedding photographs, from the marble columns at their ceremony to the view across the room from above.

Photography and film planning

What this wedding can help you plan

These suggestions come from what is visible in Tiffany and David's wedding coverage. Your ceremony layout, access and schedule should be confirmed with your venue and planning team.

01 · The room and the people

Make room for both views

The ceremony photographs include a wide view from the mezzanine and closer views of the couple. Discuss both perspectives with your photo and film team, and confirm which positions will be available for your ceremony.

02 · Preparations

Keep a window clear

Tiffany's bridal portraits use a window and mirror as their setting. A clear space near a window can give your photographer room for a full-length portrait without moving through bags or getting-ready supplies.

03 · Evening portraits

Allow time after an outfit change

Tiffany and David's green and gold outfits appear in a separate set of evening portraits. If you are changing during the reception, include time for photographs before returning to your guests.

A few useful answers

Palladian Hall wedding questions

Have you actually worked at Palladian Hall?

We have. We photographed and filmed Tiffany and David’s June 7 wedding there, from the getting-ready rooms to the evening change. Everything on this page comes from that day, so you are seeing the real room, not a styled shoot.

Where is Palladian Hall, exactly?

Downtown Syracuse, at 101 South Salina Street, inside The Treasury and overlooking Clinton Square. Venue details can change, so the official venue website is the best place for the latest.

Can we see the whole gallery, and a longer film?

Absolutely. Here is Tiffany and David’s full wedding gallery if you want the whole story. The video on this page is their 1:26 trailer, and the full highlight film is available on request, so just ask through our inquiry form.

Do you do photography and film together?

Yes, and it makes life easier: one team, one plan and no two crews arguing over the same spot in the aisle. Take a look at pricing and check your date, and we will build coverage around your day.

Do you only work in Syracuse?

Not even close. We photograph and film weddings nationwide, with artists in New York, Florida and Hawaii. Start with our Upstate New York wedding photography and film page, or wander through the portfolio for more celebrations.
