"Wedding videography" can mean a one-minute teaser, a forty-minute movie or anything in between. When couples ask us what they actually get, this is the answer, with real films so you can see the difference for yourself.
Most couples want a highlight film: five to ten minutes of the day, cut to music, with your vows and speeches woven in. Add the full ceremony and speeches if you want every word. Add a feature film if you want the whole day. Choose the Hollywood Experience if you want a movie. And add a content creator if you want clips to share before the weekend is over.

The piecesWhat each kind of wedding film is
The highlight film: five to ten minutes
This is the heart of every wedding film. Our highlight films run five to ten minutes: long enough for the vows, the toast that made everyone cry and the moment the dance floor took over, and short enough that you will actually watch it again. And again.
The teaser: about a minute
A short, music-driven teaser made for sharing with everyone who keeps asking when they can see the video. Our Premium Film collection includes one. For a taste, watch Anya and Gabe's one-minute trailer from Glenora Wine Cellars.
The full ceremony and speeches
A highlight film tells the story. The full ceremony and speeches keep every word, uncut. This is the one you will play for the people who couldn't be there, and the one your family will ask for years from now. Our Premium collections include the complete ceremony and speeches on film, and Premium Photography + Film adds the entrances and first dances too.
The Feature Film: twenty to forty-five minutes
If you want the whole day in one film, from getting ready to the last song, the Feature Film is a 20 to 45 minute edit of the entire wedding, delivered in addition to your highlight film.
The Hollywood Experience: a twenty to forty minute movie
Our most cinematic option. Your filmmakers direct a 20 to 40 minute movie on the day, and it comes with a blooper reel, an extra planning meeting, two more hours for an engagement or after-wedding shoot and an FPV drone when permitted. Chris and Bella chose it, and their film ties together the surprise proposal, their TWA Hotel engagement session and their wedding at Aster Estates.
Social clips from a content creator
Want something to post while the day is still fresh? A wedding content creator captures vertical, social-first clips and delivers them within about 48 hours, while your filmmakers focus on the films.
Drone
Aerial shots of your venue and the landscape around it, when venue rules, weather and conditions allow. A few seconds of drone can set the scene for the whole film.
Planning tipsHow to choose the right wedding film
1. Watch a whole highlight film before you book
Trailers are short on purpose. Ask any filmmaker you are considering for at least one complete highlight film, and watch it start to finish. If you are still watching at minute six, that is a good sign.
2. Think about who you will watch it with
If grandparents, family overseas or friends who couldn't travel matter to you, the full ceremony and speeches are worth it. Those are the moments people ask to see again.
3. Ask about audio
Great wedding films are as much about sound as picture. Clear vows and toasts come from professional audio and a dedicated ceremony camera, not a camera at the back of the room. All of our film collections include professional audio.
4. Match the film to how you watch movies
If you love a good story, the Hollywood Experience is built for you. If you want to relive every minute, choose the Feature Film. If you mostly want something beautiful to share, a highlight film and a teaser will do the job.
5. Decide how much you care about social media
If posting the weekend of your wedding matters, add a content creator. You get the quick clips, and your filmmakers still get to make the film.
